Orissa secured three points by virtue of taking a 47-run first innings lead against Karnataka in their four-day C K Nayudu Trophy under-22 elite cricket match, which ended in a draw at Bangalore today.
In reply to host Karnataka’s first innings total of 325, Orissa rode on a half-century each by Natraj Behera, Sandeep Mulia and Govinda Poddar to make 372. The home team reached 17 for no loss in the second innings when play was called off.
